    Airport Fast Track provides a smooth, efficient airport experience. A dedicated greeter meets you upon arrival or departure, streamlining check-in and, where available, granting you priority access through security. This minimizes wait times and ensures a swift journey.

    If you already have your booking confirmation please contact us with the change request as soon as you can. We understand plans change, please cancel or modify your booking no less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled service to avoid a non refundable charge. All the cancellations of Shinhan Fast Track privilege are non refundable.

    We’ll keep an eye on your arrival flight and ensure your agent is there when you land. If you’re delayed for your departure, please contact your agent right away to adjust the meeting time.

    Contact us directly for urgent modifications, including changes to the lead passenger’s name, service date, flight details, or passenger numbers. Please also inform us if you wish to add or cancel supplementary services like porter assistance, buggy service, or lounge access.

    Any add on company will be informed to us 24 hours in advance. The Concierge center will assist your booking with vendor. Quotation will be updated on daily basis. Payment for add on company will be charged by cardholder once booking is confirmed.
